BeeReel Pictures is a Nigerian-based remote animation studio dedicated to crafting visually bold, story-rich stop-motion films and animated content. Founded by director and animator Yetunde Ogundipe, BeeReel combines traditional techniques with innovative storytelling to develop original IPs and branded work that reflect African identity, environmental awareness, and emotional authenticity.

From clients like Bournemouth University, Coca-Cola, GTBank, and Nescafé to experimental independent projects, our work spans the commercial and creative spheres. As a fully remote studio, we collaborate across borders and disciplines, pushing the boundaries of what handcrafted animation can do.

Our latest project, Monsters We Create: The Last Trashcan on Earth, exemplifies our commitment to meaningful narratives and imaginative worldbuilding. At BeeReel, we believe animation can be both beautiful and purposeful, one frame at a time.

Meet the Team

Yetunde Ogundipe

CEO, Creative Director/Producer

Yetunde is a creative producer/animator. She started her creative career in advertising but veered off into filmmaking. In 2015, while on holiday, she stumbled upon the magic of Stop Motion animation and has since then settled into it as her field of specialization, she is unarguably one of the pioneers of stop-motion in Nigeria. With a passion for telling unique stories, she develops exciting Stop Motion Animation using objects and paper for brands, products, people, and their experiences.

Yetunde finished from the Nigeria Institute of Journalism where she studied broadcasting. She furthered her training in Directing in Filmmaking, at the CitiVersity College in Johannesburg, South-Africa. In addition, she has attended many professionals and personal training to become an expert in her field.

Yetunde continued to develop her aesthetic by experimenting with Stopmotion Animation, and Virtual Reality. The budding animator began a transition away from creating animation for brands and products to short stories.

Beside her professional works, she also teaches and lectures animation practice and gives workshops and presentations.
